Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Consultant. The role will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities, including client and candidate meetings, profile presentations, interview setup and preparation, offer management, and post-placement meetings. This is a hybrid role with the main office located in Dubai, but also allows for flexibility to work remotely.

What we offer
The role offers a highly competitive salary, with monthly/quarterly bonuses up to 27% with no threshold. An annual super bonus is included, along with an opportunity to own a part of the business through profit sharing. Additional perks include return flights for the employee and family, medical insurance, and 30 days of annual leave.
