Job Role
Your ambition will be to become the Executive Culinary Sous Chef at Ecole Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and enhancing the guest experience during cooking classes. You will lead and guide guests with cooking techniques in an informative way to continually improve the quality of the experience.

Responsibilities
Budget Management
- P&L analysis and correction for Culinary
- Preparation of business reviews and B2B strategies
Strategic and Operational Execution
- Implementing overall objectives and strategic action plans
- Achieving annual objectives with the management team
- Understanding the competitive landscape in Abu Dhabi and UAE
- Communicating objectives with the management team
- Supporting departmental missions and objectives
- Assisting in final presentations to the CEO/COO
- Managing productivity to meet growth aligned with budget KPIs
- Ensuring food quality and quantity to satisfy customers, based on feedback and meal tastings
- Monitoring work processes of reports to maximize productivity and coordination
- Promoting on-the-job training and culinary skills development
Management and Recruitment
- Direct management of the culinary front of house
- Supporting the kitchen team management
- Conducting annual performance reviews
- Leading first interviews with the GM for culinary recruits
- Managing apprentice programs and liaising with schools
Partnership Development
- Managing existing partnerships in collaboration with management
- Developing new partnerships as needed
- Negotiating and monitoring contracts with B2B and B2C partners
- Supporting teams during events and operational coordination between EDADS and ERTH Hospitality
Brand and Image Development
- Representing and promoting Ecole Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio locally and internationally, including media engagements
- Participating in international studio opening projects
- Ensuring safety and maintenance of work areas and equipment
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in unit management within luxury hotels or standalone restaurants
- Higher education in hospitality or related fields
- Strong interest in gastronomy and hospitality
- Fluent in English
