Your Career
The Regional Sales Manager is a key driver of company revenue and growth. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements. Motivated by solving critical challenges facing our customers' secure environments, you will connect them with solutions at every stage of threat prevention.
You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding your quota by crafting and implementing strategic territory plans targeting deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform. This role offers a unique opportunity for a results-oriented individual to win business and market share by actively displacing competing technologies.
Your Impact

  • Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams to best serve customers.
  • Leverage your experience and consultative selling skills to build long-term relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Palo Alto Networks.
  • Use a programmatic approach to generate demand and expand your territory.
  • Create compelling value propositions using prospect stories, highlighting specific account benefits.
  • Stay informed on industry news and trends affecting our products and services.
  • Travel within your territory and to company meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

Your Experience

  • Experience with SaaS-based architectures, preferably in networking or security, with awareness of SASE technology.
  • Ability to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners, adopting a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Proven ability to lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including uncovering, qualifying, developing, and closing new territories and accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of the intelligence community is preferred.
  • Track record of selling complex solutions successfully.
  • Excellent time management skills with high autonomy and self-direction.
  • Highly competitive, quick to ramp up, adaptable, and committed to exceeding goals.
