We are Azizi, a leading Dubai-based developer with a passionate team dedicated to creating beautiful homes across the UAE. Our portfolio includes prime residential and commercial projects in Dubai, emphasizing transparency, customer focus, quality, integrity, and value through a construction-driven approach.

Our exciting launches include Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community. We are expanding our onsite Supervision team at Dubai South.

As a Technical Electrical Engineer at Azizi, you will be a key member of our Technical Office team, reporting to the Technical Manager – MEP. Your responsibilities include coordinating technical aspects among design consultants, internal engineering teams, and contractors across disciplines such as Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior Design. You will review and validate design deliverables to ensure constructability, compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and site requirements.

Our project lifecycle management covers design development, construction supervision, and property management, maintaining high standards of quality. You will lead technical coordination meetings, resolve design conflicts, support value engineering, and provide solutions to site technical challenges. Your expertise will help translate design into successful on-site execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of our developments.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the engineering process of all Electrical / ELV Systems.
2. Review IFC designs for authority compliance.
3. Manage a team of 10 to 15 draftsmen for shop drawings and as-built drawings.
4. Prepare engineering calculations during construction.
5. Coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, and Structural engineering teams.
6. Prepare material submittals, engineering drawings, and calculations.
7. Review material submittals, drawings, and calculations.
8. Prepare DEWA submissions and ensure compliance with DEWA, DCD, and Etisalat regulations.
9. Review purchase requests from the project team for compliance.
10. Develop shop drawings and detailed electrical / ELV drawings as per IFC and project specifications.
11. Develop equipment control philosophies as per IFC and project specifications.
12. Provide technical support to the project team from design to handover.
13. Maintain detailed logs for materials, shop drawings, and RFIs.
14. Prepare BOQ, raise RFIs, and respond to RFIs.
15. Prepare RFPs for procurement and follow up with procurement.
16. Interact with site management for technical requirements.
17. Attend site meetings to discuss project and engineering deliverables.
