A leading real estate brokerage firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in the real estate sector, and will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top sales talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build a strong talent pipeline and ensure the company's workforce aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier real estate professionals.
  2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  4. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and headhunting, to source candidates.
  5. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Maintain and update a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  7. Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best recruitment practices to enhance hiring efficiency.
  9. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Nationality Preference: British
  2. Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  7. Proficient in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
