Job Description
General Missions

Responsibilities include enhancing the hotel and brand equity through all communications, products, and partnerships, utilizing Accor / Ennismore and Brand platforms and tools to boost revenue across rooms, outlets, and services. Design and create artwork for the hotel under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.

Reporting to

Marketing Manager

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage all art requirements and coordinate photo sessions to promote the hotel image.
  • Assist other hotels within the Group if necessary.
Marketing Executive:
  • Ensure full understanding and adherence to brand standards and DNA (visual and written communication, products, services, distribution).
  • Manage brand compliance to grow hotel and outlet brand equity across all channels.
  • Develop and produce marketing/promotional/sales collateral both online and offline.
  • Manage communications and public relations activities, including maintaining relationships with local press and media, liaising with regional communications teams, and ensuring alignment with hotel positioning.
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities that align with hotel positioning and deliver ROI, and promote the hotel’s CSR initiatives.
  • Handle digital marketing efforts including website management, content updates, online advertising, social media management, and monitoring online reputation.
Graphic Designer:
  • Maintain reference files for hotel publications and promotional materials.
  • Prepare layouts for hotel publications ahead of deadlines.
  • Handle photography for events and PR coverage, update hotel facility photos, and assist in press release preparations.
  • Design and execute visual artwork for approval, handle all basic photography needs, and update designs for all hotel publications and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments and maintain rapport with local media.
Relations
  • Internal: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • External: Maintain close contact with regional and country marketing and communications teams, and local media.
Replacement and Temporary Missions

The Marketing Intern may undertake additional responsibilities as required, including assisting in other departments or special projects, and performing any other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications
  • Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in marketing with a focus on graphic design and activity management. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software. Experience in planning and executing activities for diverse audiences.
