Key Responsibilities:

• Review and implement mechanical designs, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Supervise site installations and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues
• Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical systems to ensure functionality and compliance
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation as required
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building services or mechanical systems (UAE experience preferred)
