We are seeking a mid-senior corporate lawyer with extensive M&A and private equity experience.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Proven track record in leading or acting on M&A and Private Equity transactions.

• Fluent in English; experience in a top-tier international law firm is required. Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

• First-class legal ability, practical commercial approach, excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. A friendly, outgoing team player with outstanding academic results.
