Position Summary

We seek a skilled native English-speaking Content Writer experienced in researching industry trends and creating high-quality, engaging long-form blog content. A strong understanding of SEO and familiarity with tools like Semrush are essential. Experience with WordPress for publishing is required. The ideal candidate will also possess strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and produce engaging articles aligned with Property Finder's brand voice for consumer blogs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source stories, gather insights, and develop compelling narratives highlighting our key partners.
• Stay updated on industry news and trends, analyze data, and translate complex information into clear, digestible blog posts.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure high standards of grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Work with the creative team to develop visuals (images, infographics, videos) that complement written content.
• Regularly update website content to ensure relevance and alignment with market trends.
• Identify content gaps and suggest new topics.
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and optimization of headlines and meta descriptions to enhance organic traffic.

The Person

• Proven experience in blog content writing; real estate content experience is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure content quality and accuracy.

Desired Qualifications

• A degree in journalism or communications, with 2-3 years of relevant experience and a portfolio of published articles.
• Native English speaker with excellent command of British English.
