A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager in Home Appliances responsible for the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle for the home appliances portfolio. This includes developing, monitoring, and expanding the business in the market as well as supporting the department head in various aspects of Product Management. The Senior Product Manager creates and executes product marketing plans, including go-to-market schedules, demand generation campaigns, and launch materials. They are accountable for achieving product KPIs such as revenue, margin, profitability, and market share.

How You Will Make An Impact
  1. P&L responsibility for the assigned product category.
  2. Manage promotions and discounts to drive sales and market share, assessing their impact on forecasts, inventory, and manufacturing, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  3. Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional partners.
  4. Manage overall product strategy and lifecycle.
  5. Lead new product innovation roadmaps with global HQ.
  6. Coordinate product launches with sales, demand generation, and other teams.
  7. Stay informed on industry and technology trends, and conduct competitive benchmarking.
  8. Monitor forecast accuracy and collaborate with sales and supply chain to optimize inventory.
  9. Develop customer-specific strategies, programs, and pricing, and engage with customers through presentations.
  10. Work with the training team to create sales training materials.
  11. Lead and develop a team of product specialists and managers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  12. Ensure marketing activities deliver optimal ROI.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 12-13 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
  • Understanding of consumer electronics market dynamics and technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to present effectively to top management and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • High multitasking efficiency and priority management.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret studies.
  • Excellent communication skills for marketing initiatives.
