Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

A Multi-national supplier to the Oil & Gas industry is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate in the recruitment and selection of the most qualified human resources.
2. Identify and support recruitment activities in Middle East and Africa to provide an adequate and continuous flow of qualified personnel.
3. Detection of available internal resources.
4. Definition and implementation of On Boarding plans.
5. Support in the preparation of reports and database updates, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis.
6. Implement policies, procedures and processes within the region respecting company needs.
7. Provide assistance to the Internship and Global Trainee Programs.
8. Suggest and evaluate services suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Dynamic and flexible professional, with strong analytical skills and a very organized work style.
2. Drive for results and autonomy are key competencies.
3. Customer-oriented, with solid communication skills and high levels of empathy.
4. Proven interviewing skills for the selection process and relevant experience in related tasks.
5. Open to work in a multicultural environment.
6. Knowledge of selection interview and experience in selection functions.
7. Capable of informing progress and results through reports and database follow up.
8. HR experience in the markets of Africa and Middle East is highly preferred.
9. Experience in other areas of HR is also welcome, as the development plan for the person would include possibilities of rotating through different areas of HR in the long term.
10. Must have a bachelor degree.

Compensation:
25,000 - 28,000 AED/month + benefits
