Joint Space Polyclinic LLC is a multidisciplinary medical clinic movement space and educational hub based in Alserkal Avenue Dubai UAE.
Each patient has their own individual biological landscape and as such the philosophy of Joint Space requires each practitioner to approach their patient as a unique individual requiring an indepth understanding from many perspectives. The environment of Joint Space has been shaped in such a way to provide patients the opportunity to understand their bodies and to learn how to develop longevity in their health through supporting clinical modalities movement practices and education.
The core practices and focus of Joint Space are physical therapies such as Osteopathic medicine, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic medicine, practices such as Naturopathic medicine, Functional medicine, and Regenerative medicine, movement wellness and sports performance practices and education for patients and healthcare professionals.
Joint Space is looking to grow a team of medical professionals who understand the integrative nature of medicine, movement, and education and how they are all linked in order to achieve longevity and sustainable health for our patients. Currently, Joint Space is looking for experienced Physiotherapists who share this understanding, have the appetite to work alongside other healthcare professionals who share the same motivation, and to guide patients along the path to longevity and sustainable health.
Physiotherapists evaluate, assess, diagnose, treat, and aim to prevent disorders of the musculoskeletal system. This is achieved through the respective use of the technical and philosophical approaches of Physiotherapy techniques. The aim of practitioners is to relieve pain, improve range and quality of motion, improve general health and to provide education in order for patients to achieve improved health and well being.
Take an ethical and holistic evidence-based approach tailored to the needs of the patients, considering the biopsychosocial influences of each patient simultaneously recognizing the value of integration and collaboration with other healthcare professionals in a patient-centric model. As leaders of the healthcare community, Physiotherapists must provide education to support this same community. This requires outreach and community workshops in order to promote patient education on all topics related to health and wellbeing.

Physiotherapists must undertake continuing professional development in various forms as per DHA requirements and as per the requirements of the practitioners professional home governing body. Continued association with the home governing body of the practitioner must be maintained at all times as per requirements of DHA.
5 shifts a week, morning/afternoon shifts.
6 hours 40 minutes per shift totalling 33 hours and 20 minutes working week.
Option for further shifts on request.
One unpaid work hour for lunch during the course of a normal working day.
Whilst these are the basic hours of work in practice you may be required to work outside these normal hours from time to time if mutually agreed.
