Marketing Manager (Strategy and Analysis)

This role is for a Marketing Manager who will report to the Regional Marketing Director. The role will be responsible for the strategy, analysis and execution of integrated marketing plans designed to attract delegates to a range of conferences and events. This person will be a relationship-builder adept to developing beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and partners. They will also be a team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. A large focus in strategy, analysis, and managing budget for each event's marketing plan.
2. Conduct detailed analysis of past performance to develop marketing strategy.
3. Ownership and responsibility for all marketing and communication strategies including: data, external marketing, communication and messaging.
4. Select data from the internal database based on segmentation and messaging.
5. Deliver on KPI’s and agreed targets for direct revenue generation and lead generation.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience within B2B direct marketing, tracking, and analysis.
2. Must be fluent in written and verbal English.
3. Experience in high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
4. Solution-oriented team player.
5. Ability to work with CRM system and internal databases.
