SIDEL is seeking an experienced and dynamic Communications Manager to lead strategic communication initiatives across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. Your Mission

  1. Develop and implement global integrated communication programs to support business objectives
  2. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening
  3. Engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels, departments, and regions to ensure alignment and collaboration
  4. Manage end-to-end project coordination, including planning, execution, and performance tracking
  5. Identify and leverage cross-marketing opportunities in partnership with business leaders to maximize impact
  6. Conduct market research and insights analysis to inform and shape strategic communication plans
  7. Oversee and manage relationships with international agencies, ensuring efficient collaboration and cost control
  8. Deliver result-driven campaigns that meet defined KPIs and ensure effective execution
Your Profile

  1. Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in managing communications across regions
  2. Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, and strategic communications or equivalent
  3. Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent organizational skills and a natural multitasker
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and employee communications platforms
  6. Availability to travel
Your Mission

  1. Manage and deliver effective internal and external communications
  2. Develop and deliver communications strategies that drive engagement and are aligned with business partners
  3. Provide integrated communications leadership on Sidel equipment and services portfolio and strategic initiatives
  4. Anticipate and implement business communications plans supporting the strategic priorities of Sidel Group
  5. Flawless end-to-end successful execution of B2B events within the defined region
Your Profile

  1. Extensive experience in development and deployment of global integrated communications programs
  2. Exceptional communication abilities including writing, speaking, and active listening
  3. Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across levels, departments, and regions
  4. End-to-end project management coordination, planning, and execution
  5. Identify cross-marketing opportunities in coordination with business leaders
  6. Market research and insight management towards devising communication plans
  7. Experience in managing international agencies and cost control management
  8. Result-driven campaigns management and execution
Education And Experience Requirements
