Job description

As a HSE Manager at Al Raeel National Contracting Co. LLC (member of ARCCO Group of Companies), you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel on our construction sites. You will be responsible for implementing HSE policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections, identifying potential hazards, and training employees on safety protocols. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining a safe work environment and preventing accidents. Responsibilities: • Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company guidelines. • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards, unsafe practices, and equipment deficiencies. Implement corrective actions promptly. • Risk Assessments: Perform risk assessments to evaluate potential hazards and recommend measures to mitigate risks. • Safety Training: Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees, subcontractors, and visitors. Topics may include fall protection, hazard communication, scaffolding safety, etc. • Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine causes and recommend preventive measures. • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures. Conduct drills to ensure readiness. • Safety Meetings: Coordinate and conduct regular safety meetings with project teams to discuss safety concerns, inspections, and initiatives. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, incidents, and corrective actions. Prepare and submit reports to management as required. • Safety Culture Promotion: Promote a positive safety culture by encouraging safe behaviors, recognizing safety achievements, and fostering accountability. • Stay Updated: Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Implement improvements as necessary.

• ADNOC Approved or Previous experience with ADNOC projects • Proven experience of 15 years as HSE Manager or similar role in the construction industry. • In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations. • Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation techniques. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership qualities and able to handle the team. • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field is a plus. • Based in UAE and available to join immediately.
