Location: - Umm Al Quwaine (UAE)


Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Should be responsible for end-to-end HR & EHS safety functions.
  • Providing day-to-day HR & Administrative work to employees and management.
  • Should have experience of Visa processing from India to Dubai and Build a strong relation with Visa office.
  • Participate in the local recruitment and implementation of employee induction and orientation plans within the units.
  • Provide advice to all employees in line with company and HR policies and procedures and take care of labour issues.
  • Facilitate smooth transition of employees exiting the organization by coordinating with the relevant departments in ensuring payment of final settlement dues and cancellation of visas within appropriate time frame.
  • Oversee entry and maintenance of employee data on all HR systems, employee attendance, payroll processing, gratuity and compliance.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk analyses to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response procedures and participate in emergency drills.
  • Organize and conduct safety training programs and drills for terminal personnel, including contractors and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure that all operations meet safety standards and environmental regulations and that proper documentation is maintained.
  • Prepare and submit regular safety performance reports to management.

Required Skills:-

  • Knowledgeable in HSE practices and programs; understanding of UAE Labour laws
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Exhibit professional attitude and manner.
  • Excellent computer skills (Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hind and English.
  • Understand Arabic would be fine.
