Our client is a specialist AI consultancy looking for a talented Power BI Developer to join the team on a freelance, remote basis. You'll be working on a high-impact data project for a major construction company in Dubai, delivering world-class dashboards and training end-users to make the most of their data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards tailored to construction workflows.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and visuals.
• Optimize data models and DAX performance for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide training and onboarding for new users, ensuring adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

What We're Looking For:

? At least 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience (including DAX, Power Query, custom visuals)

? Prior experience in the construction industry (required)

? Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written

? Ability to train and support non-technical users on Power BI

? Self-starter, comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:
