We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant Manager to join our finance team. As a Senior Accountant Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the accounting operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, and financial reporting
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports
  • Review financial transactions and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage the monthly and annual closing process, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, industry trends, and changes in regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar accounting role, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus
