This role involves coordinating recruitment activities for offshore and onshore positions in the Oil & Gas sector. Job description

Position: Junior Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Marine Offshore (Oil & Gas) Sector

Location: Abu Dhabi

Employment Type: Contract - 6 months extendable

Salary : AED 5000 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for offshore and onshore roles within the Oil & Gas domain.
  • Schedule and manage candidate interviews, follow-ups, and communication with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR dashboards using MS Excel.
  • Ensure timely documentation and filing (physical and digital) of candidate records, interview assessments, and offer letters.
  • Liaise with external recruitment partners, manpower agencies, and technical evaluators.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and mobilization processes as per marine offshore compliance standards.

Core Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in recruitment within the Marine Offshore or Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing HR files and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel including data entry, formatting, and basic reporting functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with offshore crew certifications, compliance, and medical documentation is a plus.
