Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business of the assigned team through the designated Coverage team and monitor their performance.
  • Partner with the Real Estate department in service delivery, working independently to grow revenue while managing portfolio risks. Develop credit skills and understand risk/reward parameters for customers, with authority to handle exceptions and resolve customer service issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries and service-related issues proactively to optimize resources for cross-selling complex products.
  • Maintain good customer and product knowledge, demonstrate effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills to satisfy customers, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Maintain zero expiry for all assigned accounts.
  • Achieve annual targets for performing loans as set by Senior Management.
  • Cross-sell GFM, GTB products, and other relevant products to benefit customers.
  • Keep NPL below 4%, conduct timely credit reviews and renewals.
  • Ensure satisfactory audit reports.
  • Deliver superior customer service by proactively resolving problems and facilitating other services.
  • Enhance credit analysis skills continuously.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and procedures related to the existing portfolio.
  • Adhere to documentation procedures for call reports, KYC, and operational matters. Process new proposals within SLA.
Specific Accountabilities
  • Possess sound knowledge of appraisals, financial modeling, and legal/regulatory environments.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written presentations.
  • Manage people and work under pressure.
  • Organize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Interpret and appraise financial statements and feasibility reports.
  • Operate within the framework of group policies and organizational governance.
  • Make decisions as per the authorized matrix.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Finance or Business-related Bachelor's or Master's degree; professional accounting qualification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of English and Arabic languages is preferable.
