Job description

Location :- Abu Dhabi, UAE

(Selected candidate will undergo initial training in Al-Ain before moving to Abu Dhabi).

This role is with Kaaki W Nos (Lebanese Chain of Restaurants). It is part of Mazrui International.

Designation :- Kitchen Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure all dishes meet KWN standards in quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Monitor food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency.
  • Manage kitchen staff schedules and performance.
  • Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in training kitchen staff, especially on Lebanese dishes.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house team and central kitchen for supply needs.

Requirements:

  • 45 years of kitchen experience with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine (Lebanese cuisine experience highly preferred).
  • Leadership skills and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
  • Good communication and team management skills.

(Selected candidate will undergo initial training in Al-Ain before moving to Abu Dhabi).
