1. Deep hands-on expertise in data modeling (3NF, dimensional, data vault)
2. Familiarity with data cataloging and governance tools (Azure Purview, Collibra)
3. Proficiency in orchestration tools and schedulers (Airflow, Azure Data Factory pipelines)
4. Understanding of streaming pipelines using Kafka, Event Hub, or Databricks Structured Streaming
5. Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and data virtualization is a plus
6. Exposure to MLOps, feature stores, and AI data lifecycle is an advantage
