Job Summary
WovVTech is looking for Sales champions across various experience levels who will be responsible for developing & implementing strategic plans to sell WovVTech’s Products and Technology Services.
Proficient in Arabic speaking. The ideal candidate would have a proven experience track record of target achievements in SaaS-based product sales and Cloud-based Software Solutions Services in international and domestic markets.

Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Addressing complex and strategic technology needs within businesses using in-depth understanding
- Developing and maintaining a quality pipeline of prospects; discovering, developing, and managing relationships with prospective customers to sell our services
- Understanding customer pain points; leading and participating in strategy sessions with prospective and existing customers to identify solutions
- Making informed business decisions based on quantifiable information and numbers
- Creating and presenting proposals to stakeholders; providing insight into their strategic initiatives; assessing their capacity, ability, and desire to purchase our services; aligning our services with their strategic needs
- Retaining customers by maintaining high responsiveness to requests for technology solutions
- Meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales targets
- Applying understanding of technology operations, infrastructure, networking technologies, and applications in enterprise environments
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through communication; soliciting additional business and solving problems
- Driving demand generation activities via virtual/video meetings, email, blogs, social media, and other digital channels
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in consultative selling of technology solutions and services to mid-market companies; strong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS capabilities
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and developing new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales
- Ability to build trust through effective communication via video, email, phone, and face-to-face interactions; confidence, expertise, and sincerity in proposals
- Strategic approach to business processes, leveraging understanding of end-to-end business models and sales
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate patterns and apply learnings to future deals
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptability to behaviors that lead to better outcomes
- Technical proficiency; familiarity with sales technology, CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
