Description
This role encompasses responsibilities across the Sales and Client Support Departments, focusing on team management, process oversight, and client relations.
Sales Department:
- Manage a team of Sales Associates.
- Review all forecasted sales figures prepared by the Pricing Analyst.
- Oversee and monitor the progress of all onboarded properties to ensure they meet milestones and stay on track with project targets.
- Provide general information about our services.
- Review contracts before client signing and facilitate handover of keys.
- Ensure projects are completed within specified timeframes and provide real-time data updates.
- Develop and implement policy and procedure manuals for the department, building structure, processes, and management systems to ensure smooth onboarding of properties.
- Participate actively in larger sales signing projects due to company growth.
- Guide the team in preparing booking contracts for long stays, managing the process for calculating long stays, and ensuring accurate logging, filing, and storage of all contracts related to owned properties.
Client Support Department:
- Oversee the team managing owner needs and requirements via email and telephone.
- Monitor team responses to queries and requests for monthly statements and earnings.
- Supervise management of owner booking queries and expectation setting.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance is up to date for owner properties.
- Guide the team on reminders for bill payments, service charges, renewals, and cancellations; provide advice and real-time information on owner listings and bookings.
- Monitor team responses to reviews on owner listings and oversee property handovers back to owners.

Requirements:
- 10-15 years of relevant sales experience.
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; capable of using data and metrics to support decisions and actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, issue resolution skills, and ability to work under deadlines, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
