As an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in our MENAT Sales/Public Sector teams, you will drive digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level business and IT executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of business. Your goal is to establish AWS as the key cloud technology provider across your managed accounts, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to enterprise customers.

Daily, you will empower customers to solve challenges while achieving their business, operational, and innovation goals. You will deliver business outcomes and guide customers to become more agile, innovative, and efficient. With AWS, customers benefit from rapid innovation, broad functionality, secure computing environments, and proven operational expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving digital transformation through engagement with stakeholders at various levels within customer organizations.
  2. Representing the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across your managed accounts.
  3. Driving revenue growth and increasing market share within your accounts.
  4. Meeting or exceeding quarterly and monthly revenue targets.
  5. Developing and executing plans to expand AWS footprint in your accounts.
  6. Managing multiple accounts strategically.
  7. Creating compelling value propositions for AWS services.
  8. Accelerating customer adoption via well-developed sales strategies.
  9. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  10. Collaborating with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  11. Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing contract negotiations.
  12. Developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience supporting cloud adoption in Oman, Qatar, or similar regions, with a focus on transformative technologies such as cloud, IoT, AI/ML, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage existing customer relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus.
  • Relevant AWS technical certifications (e.g., SA specialist).
