About the Role:

We are hiring a capable and versatile Finance Manager (Arabic-speaking) to support a high-impact project based in Abu Dhabi. This is a 1-year contract role that will offer exposure to a broad range of financial responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded finance background and be comfortable working across multiple workstreams—including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and controllership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle financial planning and analysis
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking
  • Manage payroll processing and compliance in coordination with HR/outsourcing partners
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and controls
  • Contribute to procurement and vendor-related financial reviews
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and internal reviews
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is also required
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance roles
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial operations, including payroll and financial controls
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across functions
