Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (not required, and we will take ambition over education any day).
  • 1+ year of proven experience in direct sales and sales leadership with a strong track record of success (not required, and we will take ambition over experience any day).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills; or a big willingness to learn those skills.
  • Competitive pay structure heavily commission-based with opportunities to make partner in the firm and earn stock, as well as office profit sharing.
  • Work with celebrities and C-level executives.
