Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor • United Arab Emirates
Main Duties:
- Supervise and motivate the team by promoting the golden rule and lead Butcher Still Restaurant services.
- Be visible in operations, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests, as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons.
- Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met, and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
- Be knowledgeable of Butcher Still Restaurant operations as well as Four Seasons Cultural and Core Standards policies and standard operating procedures. Work closely with the team and assist with setup and cleaning of operational areas.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Hotel Manager.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to tasks.
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and/or wine.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
