Job Description
  1. What you'll deliver
    • Provide leadership across a portfolio of food and beverage categories, including contract management, stakeholder relationships, category development, planning, and execution.
    • Drive KPIs, audit, and risk management.
    • Increase food and beverage sales, revenue, and customer service standards to deliver the best customer experience.
    • Understand global food and beverage trends and key performance data.
    • Collaborate with commercial partners to plan and execute category management aligned with customer needs.
    • Implement operational excellence initiatives to maintain high standards and service quality.
    • Advise concession partners and stakeholders on category management and airport operations.
    • Establish performance standards and evaluate food and beverage performance through various metrics.
  2. What you bring
    • Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Commerce, or related field with 10-12 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in developing business plans for Food and Beverage, account management, revenue and contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Knowledge of tariffs, concessions, and cargo industry safety standards.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
    • Experience in Food & Beverage category development.
