As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Information Technologies team in Dubai. If you have a passion for analyzing business needs and transforming them into efficient IT solutions, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects
• Define project scope, objectives, and system functionalities with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations
• Develop detailed functional and technical documentation
• Prepare test scenarios, conduct functional tests, and support UAT phases
• Manage system enhancements and project rollouts in a dynamic environment
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and Scrum methodology
• Hands-on experience with API documentation and testing (Postman, SoapUI)
• Familiarity with SQL and database query management
• Prior experience with Salesforce and Workcube ERP is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently with a structured and proactive approach
• Willingness to travel internationally if required
