Job description

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new clients through effective networking, competitor analysis, and government registration sites.
  • Signing up new and previous (expired or canceled) real estate accounts not currently subscribed to Bayut and dubizzle property corporate accounts.
  • Documenting clients’ full advertising commitments at the time of signing contracts, including commitments to Bayut, dubizzle, and competitors.
  • Partnering with Sales Support to ensure efficient client onboarding, providing all necessary documentation prior to contract submission.
  • Training new clients to maximize their signed tools and ensuring attendance at onboarding sessions for optimal service utilization.
  • Monitoring client health and quality metrics to ensure alignment with management expectations and prevent malpractice.
  • Managing client expectations through effective communication to ensure excellent service.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets set by your line manager.
  • Staying updated on property laws and local real estate developments.
  • Regularly updating the reporting dashboard to track all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education minimum; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes.
  • Continuous learning about the business, financials, products, market, and client needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new products over time.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive drive.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to reach and surpass quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment.
  • Adaptability to a multicultural environment with over 50 nationalities.
