About The Job

As our regional sales manager, your main focus will be to strengthen and develop Kvadrat's position and visibility in the contract market, increase sales, identify new clients, and support and advise existing clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Advise an extensive and competent customer base in the fields of textiles and acoustics.
  2. Create concrete and detailed project specifications as well as generate sales from projects.
  3. Strengthen and develop our position in the contract sales market.
  4. Consulting key stakeholders within the A&D community and end-users.
  5. Close new and existing projects as well as increase project portfolio.
  6. Responsibility for the entire B2B contract sales process: from inception to completion, including but not limited to specification, follow-up with contractors, project management, and negotiation.
  7. Deliver detailed product knowledge and help clients explore possibilities within our textile and acoustic collections.
  8. Support designers and contractors in case of re-specification or value engineering.

  • Project management skills: ability to involve and communicate with network, ensure project inflow and closing, analyze project conditions.
  • Strong negotiation skills: ability to read situations and turn every negotiation into win/win.
  • Planning skills: ability to focus, prioritize and implement, to use tools (business intelligence and key account plan) and involve relevant specialists.
  • Good relationship and networking skills, entertainment skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in Middle East, ideally from design industry and a similar role.
