Job description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR processes within the MEA&T region.

The HR Manager manages all HR functions across the region, including but not limited to:

  1. Recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  2. Data administration, visa processing, and Compensation & Benefits workflow execution
  3. Payroll preparation and oversight of providers
  4. Implementation of training and development standards
  5. Rollout of engagement and retention initiatives
  6. Internal communication strategies
  7. Key metrics reporting and Workday system management

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing corporate HR strategy across the regional population
  • Collaborating with Corporate HR centers of expertise and the Emerging Markets HR community
  • Participating in global and local HR and multifunctional projects
  • Ensuring compliance and managing employee relations
  • Serving as the primary HR contact for the MEA&T team

Job Requirements:

Educational Background and Language Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or Economics
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Turkish, or Russian is a plus

Professional Experience and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within an international company
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all HR streams with proven results
  • Ability to operate independently as the sole HR representative in the region
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong team player with leadership qualities
