Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, performs reconciliations, and support financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Conduct monthly bank and ledger reconciliations ensuring accuracy across all financial transactions.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors during audit processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Work with ERP systems for transaction recording and reporting.
  • Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

Communications & Working Relationships:

  • Works closely with the Business Development Manager and Department.
  • Communicates professionally with colleagues and Management while keeping a productive working environment.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • ERP experience preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and stress management skills.
  • Ability to train and manage staff.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
