Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UAE National Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai. This pivotal role requires a passionate individual dedicated to attracting, identifying, and retaining top Emirati talent to support our company's ongoing growth and success. The UAE National Recruiter will play a key role in implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with candidates, and ensuring compliance with nationalization policies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization, with a focus on attracting UAE Nationals.
Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet nationalization targets and support overall business objectives.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining clear communication, and offering guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to attract top Emirati talent.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and nationalization policies while maintaining high standards of ethical recruitment practices.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on key metrics and progress toward nationalization goals.
Onboarding: Partner with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process's effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on nationalization or Emiratization initiatives.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, nationalization policies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Technology: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Language: Fluency in English and Arabic.
Personal Attributes: High professionalism, integrity, confidentiality; proactive attitude; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
