Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while offering excellent customer service and market expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record in real estate and a passion for guiding clients through the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Property Listings : Manage listings, prepare descriptions, conduct market analysis, and advise clients on pricing strategies.
Property Showings: Schedule and conduct showings, providing detailed property information and answering client questions.
Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, property values, and regulations to offer accurate advice to clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Assist clients in negotiations and guide them through the closing process, ensuring smooth transactions.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and online channels.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout the process.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by closing property deals.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year in real estate sales or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of real estate markets, property values, and legal procedures.
License: Valid real estate agent license (if required).
Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Traits: Self-driven, highly motivated, organized, and a team player.
