Job Profile

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a territory to maximize revenue. Your responsibilities include creating, developing, and executing sales strategies for your assigned region, as well as generating accurate sales forecasts.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage and grow strategic prospects and existing customer relationships.
  2. Identify, qualify, and quantify sales opportunities.
  3. Develop and submit a Business Plan, including marketing activities and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for each sector.
  4. Manage key partners in the region alongside the Channel Manager to execute the Business Plan.
  5. Collaborate with main service providers across the region.
  6. Develop and deliver technically accurate sales presentations to potential customers.
  7. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closing.
  8. Achieve revenue and growth targets.
  9. Sectors to support include Telco, Oil & Gas, Education, and Aviation.
  10. Territory: UAE and Egypt.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  1. Essential: Ability to close complex and multi-year deals, upsell strategic solutions, and penetrate major accounts.
  2. Fluent in English.
  3. Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus, and leadership qualities.
  4. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  5. Minimum 7 years of sales experience in IT industries, with at least 5 years in regional major account sales.
  6. Willingness to travel.
