Regional Digital and Channels Transformation Technology Business Analyst

You will be responsible for engaging with business counterparts to initiate requirements gathering and facilitation for technical initiatives in the MENAT region. The core focus is on 'change the bank' initiatives across customer and staff channels. The role provides a single point of contact for teams across the MENAT region.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitating the review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders
  2. Participating in design discussions and workshops
  3. Writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions, and story walkthroughs
  4. Providing first sign-off on development post-DV testing
  5. Demonstrating the solution to PO and stakeholders for final sign-off
  6. Supporting UAT, SIT, and production deployments
  7. Collaborating with partner system BAs and stakeholders for stakeholder management
  8. Preparing use case diagrams, UMLs, sequence diagrams, and Visio flows
  9. Acting as the interface between business, customers, and product needs, and the development team
  10. Filtering feature and bug-fix requests from multiple sources, serving as the single contact point for product requirements
  11. Acting as proxy Product Owner
  12. Working with the team to define, document, and prioritize user and technical requirements
  13. Analyzing the impact of change requests on existing business flows
  14. Assisting POs in integrating change requests into current business flows without additional development
Deliverables:
  1. Understanding the business value of features/functions
  2. Translating business requirements into features
  3. Collaborating with UX and design teams for prototyping and refinement
  4. Creating requirements in user stories with acceptance criteria, preferably in BRD support format
  5. Supporting the development team daily
  6. Participating in sprint planning, review, and backlog refinement meetings
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in software development lifecycles
  • Stakeholder management skills with peers and seniors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in a technical environment, preferably in digital channels
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, including extended hours
  • Proven relationship-building skills with stakeholders and vendors
  • Knowledge of Agile processes, lifecycle, and tools like JIRA, Confluence
  • Adaptability to unstructured, changing environments, managing backlog and priorities
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Good understanding of IT policies and practices
