Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear data science problems.
2. Identify relevant data sources and evaluate their quality and suitability for analysis.
3. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
4. Clean, transform, and prepare data for modeling.
5. Design and implement feature engineering techniques to extract valuable information.
6. Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and processing.
7. Select and apply suitable machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
8. Experiment with different models to determine the best approach for each case.
9. Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
10. Deploy models to production environments (e.g., Azure ML, containerized models with REST endpoints) and monitor their performance.
11. Familiarity with LLM application libraries and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Dify).
12. Experience with deep learning models, GPU acceleration libraries (e.g., CUDA, cuDNN), and model training and inference optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as an Applied Data Scientist or in a similar role.
3. Strong curiosity and a continuous learning mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Expert-level proficiency in Python.
5. Proven experience in developing and deploying production-ready machine learning models.
6. Experience with model optimization, deployment, and monitoring.

Ideally, you’ll also need :

1. A commitment to experimentation, learning, and collaboration.
2. A highly data-focused, investigative approach to problem-solving.
3. Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
