About The Role

The Product Coordinator will collaborate closely with Operations, Design, Analytics, and Merchandising teams to bring products to market and develop business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be analytical, highly effective in a matrix organization, and skilled at synthesizing various technologies and capabilities into high-quality, simple products and applications. The candidate will work remotely from Sunday to Thursday.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Translating product direction into various documents, including requirement documents, mind maps, user stories, and product specifications.
  2. Executing the digital strategic direction of a product line as outlined by the Product team.
  3. Managing the feature development and defect backlog daily to ensure priorities align with the strategic direction.
  4. Ensuring creative assets supporting features, such as visual design, content strategy, and copywriting, adhere to the strategic vision.
  5. Participating in daily Scrums with the development team to drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
  6. Supporting multiple cross-functional teams to ensure a clear understanding of the scope.
  7. Communicating changes in strategic direction or priorities to relevant teams.
  8. Collaborating with organizations to manage scope expectations.
  9. Translating digital strategy into prioritized user stories and business requirements for proper delivery across the development lifecycle.
  10. Assisting the Product team in translating the digital vision into presentations for Executive audiences and organizational partners.

Education / Certification and Continued Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Product or Program Management within e-commerce, transaction-based retail, or similar online platforms.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Capability to balance customer needs with the company’s vision.
  • Excellent time management skills.
