Job summary

A leading construction contractor in Dubai is seeking an MEP Planning Engineer to develop and manage project schedules for MEP works. We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring an MEP Planning Engineer

Job Functions:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for MEP works, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline.
  • Collaborate closely with site teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP installations with other construction activities.
  • Monitor the progress of MEP activities, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for management, highlighting any critical issues or changes in scope.
  • Assist in resource planning for MEP works, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide insights on scheduling impacts related to MEP works.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all phases of planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Planner in construction projects.
