Job description

Administrative coordination and support

Plan and coordinate the execution of the delivery of required administrative support objectives in line with project requirements and approved procedures.

Monitoring and controlling

Ensure the Palms Sports project database is accurate and kept up-to-date at all times.

Identifying process improvements

Identify and communicate concepts for improving company administrative support processes and elevate to initiate corresponding changes.

Communication and relationships

Establish clear channels of communication between all project departments and stakeholders, where assigned, establishing and maintaining strong working relationships. Ensure effective communication with parents, students, and principals regarding project updates.

Reporting

Ensure management is kept up to date at all times with the ongoing status of all project activities tracked, along with monthly incident summary reports.

Managing deadlines

Ensure tasks are completed by set deadlines and related project deliverables are met.

Ad Hoc

Coordinating the implementation of ad hoc project requests from management as required.

Qualifications

Education/ Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a high school certificate from a reputable school
  • Work Experience
  • 1 year of related work experience in a similar role

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the School Jiu-Jitsu Program
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Acute awareness of cross-cultural sensitivities

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal / communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • Strong English and Arabic language skills (verbal and written)
