Job description

The purpose of this position is to lead segment performance monitoring, budgeting and analyzing in both commercial and financial aspects, highlight risk and opportunity on time, consolidate the big picture after a detailed dive in details.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure full alignment on definitions and measurement of commercial, customer & operational KPIs.
• Build bottom-up segment budgets and ensure tighter alignment with EITC strategy
• Automate segment reporting, to generate performance reports and dashboards for various KPIs.
• Review weekly and monthly performance review with scorecard holders.
• Lead detailed variance analysis of actual vs. target as well as root cause analysis of underperforming KPIs.
• Raise performance risks and business opportunities in time to support target fulfillment
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
• Identify trends, advise recommend actions based on sound analysis.
• Support in Opex bottom-up budget and reporting
