In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our petrochemicals market presence by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and passionate about driving growth in a fast-paced industry. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the petrochemical sector in the UAE and surrounding regions. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align business strategies. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer demands. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance company visibility and business development efforts.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the petrochemical or related chemical and petrochemical industries. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Knowledge of the GCC market and business practices preferred. - Ability to travel as needed within the region to meet clients and attend events.
