Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our HR functions and foster a positive workplace culture. You'll play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll processing, and HR compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and visa processing in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development programs.
  • Address employee relations by handling grievances, disputes, and workplace concerns professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies, advising management on legal updates.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Coordinate training sessions, engagement activities, and well-being initiatives.
  • Work closely with leadership on HR strategies to support business growth.

Key Requirements
