Title and Summary
The Mastercard Services team focuses on acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers through managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving digital payments. We are establishing new regional Customer Success teams to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes and maximize product value. These teams will address customer issues, develop tailored strategies, and foster long-term relationships, contributing to the growth and safety of the Mastercard ecosystem.

Responsibilities
As a Regional Customer Success Manager for threat intelligence products, your role includes supporting the development and delivery of cybersecurity and payment fraud intelligence, managing solution utilization, overseeing regional revenue and risk, and coordinating product launches. You will localize content, drive market awareness, position add-on services, and gather customer feedback to inform product updates. Your primary responsibilities are:

  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to assess solutions, identify optimization opportunities, and articulate KPIs related to cost, performance, and insights.
  2. Growing the Business: Leverage Mastercard offerings to achieve customer goals, identify additional product opportunities, and evaluate business models and partnerships.
  3. Technical & Program Readiness: Develop training materials, translate technical capabilities into solutions, and gather customer feedback to refine products.

You are skilled in leveraging market insights, have knowledge of payments technology or cybersecurity, and experience with data analytics tools. You can translate technical capabilities into customer-centric solutions, analyze customer metrics, and identify new opportunities. You thrive in diverse teams, foster an inclusive culture, and have experience working with technology, financial services, and digital platform partners.
