Driven Properties is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to oversee our Secondary Residential division. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance market presence in the secondary residential property sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with them to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Secondary Residential division
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents focused on secondary residential properties
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, providing guidance and support to the sales team
  • Set performance objectives, track team performance against targets, and implement strategies for improvement
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance the customer experience and support sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the real estate sector, particularly in secondary residential properties
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai secondary residential market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed
