Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to gather architectural requirements and preferences, with a focus on Arabic-speaking clientele.
• Create architectural designs, sketches, and detailed drawings that adhere to project specifications and local standards.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and presentations in both Arabic and English.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
• Work closely with engineers and contractors during all phases of project development.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
• Stay abreast of architectural trends and technologies pertinent to the Arabic-speaking market.

Requirements
