Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales – Secondary Market to lead, strategize, and grow our secondary real estate portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue, managing sales teams, building agent networks, and optimizing client satisfaction through effective resale transactions.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Lead and manage the secondary sales division, ensuring revenue and performance targets are consistently achieved.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the resale property market.
  3. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales agents.
  4. Build strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and internal company policies.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to enhance visibility and lead quality.
Requirements :
  • Proven track record of 8+ years in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on the secondary market.
  • Strong network within the real estate community and experience in Dubai or similar competitive markets (customize as needed).
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
