Executive Housekeeper

Naama Beach Villas & Spa, a premier luxury destination in Fujairah, is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality operations and a proven track record in managing housekeeping services to the highest standards of excellence.

Position Overview:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping operations, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of all guest accommodations and public areas. This role requires exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain operational efficiency while upholding our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation throughout the property

  • Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, inspections, and inventory control

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance

  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests

  • Maintain cost-effective operations, including budget control and supplier management

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar senior housekeeping role within a luxury hospitality environment

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Thorough knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry management, and safety protocols

  • Proficiency in housekeeping software systems and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays as required
